Requirements
- Answer incoming phone calls & online inquiries
- Log customer details & comments into the system
- Schedule appointments & follow up with no-show customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure potential customers are aware of promotions
- Convert customer leads to a sale
- Overcome any objections the customer might have
- Social media and business development
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background screen & drug test (THC excluded)
