Job Description
The Customer Service Engineer Associate will provide technical assistance, perform maintenance and technical support, and analyze and evaluate products and related performance. The role will also involve troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading products, as well as providing on-site end-user training and maintaining customer communications and relations.
Requirements
- High School plus advanced training
- 3-4 years of experience
- DISA IAT level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS)
- Course Completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10
