Job Description
The Senior Accountant, Property Accounting, is responsible for managing all financial matters related to assigned property portfolio, including audit, analysis, and reporting. The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing key data, and ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate (strong preference)
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel
- Proven organizational skills
- Self-starter capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Adaptability to changing demands
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of JD Edwards accounting software desirable
