Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in the causal analysis of nonconformities, identifying corrective and mitigating actions, and supporting the resolution of quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering or technical discipline
- Minimum of two years quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic educational knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials
- Hands-on manufacturing experience for industrial equipment and familiarity with both traditional and advanced manufacturing methods
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of technical people and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations
