Maintenance Front Line Manager (Second Shift)

BWX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Front Line Manager (FLM) to lead maintenance teams responsible for equipment in a low-volume, highly engineered manufacturing environment. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure effective execution of maintenance operations.

Requirements

• High school equivalency
• 5+ years of maintenance or manufacturing work experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships
• Prior experience managing a maintenance team in a machining, welding, or other heavy manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with SAP & Autotime
• Ability to climb caged ladders up to 100 feet above ground
• Ability to qualify for working in confined spaces
• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship
