Lead and drive Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Technical Safety performance across field operations, ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Process Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (required).
- ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 internal/lead auditor certification (preferred).
- Minimum 8 years’ HSE experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industry, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role and significant offshore experience.
- Proven experience in technical/process safety engineering, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership in incident investigation, audit, and assurance processes.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HSE management systems, safety engineering tools, and reporting software.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
