Job Description
The BVI Financial Services Commission is seeking an Enforcement Officer II to join its Enforcement Division. The role involves conducting investigations, leading teams, and enforcing financial services legislation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, law enforcement, or another relevant field
- Minimum of four years of experience in financial services, legal, audit, finance, law enforcement, fraud and forensic, or compliance field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detailed knowledge of the BVI's financial services laws and regulatory framework
- Excellent analytical capability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to present a professional image of the Commission at all times
