Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations for multiple restaurant groups and leads a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. This role ensures consistent adherence to industry specific accounting standards, manages client relationships at the leadership level, and drives operational efficiency across all outsourced accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred but not required
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant accounting
• Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting operations
• Experience with R365 strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and teams in a fast-paced outsourced environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Comfortable managing both structured routines and evolving client needs
• Confident in presenting financial results and advising non accounting stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and communication skill
