Job Description
The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides comprehensive therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to clients with mental health concerns. The role involves assessments, treatment plans, and collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent
- Proven experience in clinical therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation
