Job Description
Butch’s Propane is seeking an Operations Manager to lead their remote propane operations from their office in Addison, Texas. This in-office leadership role will drive field coordination, cross-departmental communication, and operational efficiency across divisions in multiple states.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or propane/oil field services
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational priorities
- Familiar with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
