Job Description
The Cable Installer (Master) will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining inside plant systems, including pathways, entrance facilities, telecommunications rooms, and fiber optic distribution. They will also perform acceptance and quality assurance technical inspection duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or installation management
- 5+ years of experience installing and repairing Communications focused Low Voltage Cabling Systems
- Category Premise Cabling troubleshooting and repair
- outside plant copper telephone cable troubleshooting and repair
- Fiber Optic cable troubleshooting and repair
- working knowledge of ANSI/TIA standards
- active BICSI Installer Level 2 Copper IN225
- active BICSI installer Level 2 Fiber IN250
- active BICSI Technician TE 350 certifications
