Client Care Representative - Remote Position

Monster Transmission & Performance is seeking a Client Care Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for all customer calls. This remote role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, managing service tickets, and directing clients to appropriate departments. The position requires strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude, working closely with the Client Care Lead and the company's commitment to excellent client care.

Requirements

• Act as the first point of contact to the customer for all service requests.
• Advise customers regarding Monster Transmission’s products, services, and active promotions.
• Adhere to all company processes and procedures while addressing the needs of our clients.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all client interactions.
• Respond to and create tickets in the Zoho ticketing system.
