Talent Acquisition Manager - Houston

Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our recruiting function in support of a complex, rapidly growing organization across the United States and Canada. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while building and scaling a high-performing, people-first Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong track record of scaling teams in fast-growing organizations
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-region or cross-border recruiting
• Strong understanding of regional labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance considerations across the U.S. and Canada
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, high-impact recruiting initiatives while remaining hands-on
• Deep familiarity with modern recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and employer branding best practices
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• A genuine people-first approach, with a deep commitment to candidate experience, culture, and long-term fit
