We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project management for complex construction projects for public or private building owners. The role involves project leadership, team coordination, and communication with stakeholders throughout the project duration.
Requirements
- Completed engineering degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or economic engineering with a focus on building or technical building equipment
- At least 5 years of professional experience in all performance/project phases
- Very good knowledge of working with HOAI, VOB, AHO, VgV, and MS Project
- Relevant experience in public procurement law and with public contracting authorities
- At least 2 relevant references as a project manager for building projects with a project volume > 10 Mio. €
- Very good expression and communication skills, and very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. Level C1)
