Job Description
We are looking for a Facility Manager to lead the departments of Facility Services, Stage Technology, and Cleaning at Parktheater Eindhoven. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the facility and stage technical processes, ensuring a hospitable, safe, and sustainable theater environment.
Requirements
- HBO or WO work and thinking level
- Experience in a management position
- Experience within the cultural sector, hospitality, or a comparable sector is desirable
- Knowledge of building management, maintenance, safety, sustainability, and relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
