We are seeking an ambitious Sales Director to lead revenue growth across luxury and lifestyle categories. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, and a high expertise in building client relationships on a senior level.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in media, luxury, advertising, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing revenue with enterprise-level clients in luxury and/or lifestyle categories
- Strong expertise in digital media sales, social media campaigns (IG, TikTok, YouTube), and creative content solutions (especially video storytelling)
- Experience developing and selling integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and social-first platforms
- Strong network in Thailand, with a deep understanding of market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to expand categories and open new verticals (e.g., tech, auto, lifestyle)
- Strategic, commercially driven, and data-informed mindset
- Excellent business and numeracy skills
- Extensive magazine and digital knowledge
- Extensive contacts in ad agencies and luxury/lifestyle clients across all relevant areas, including investment, planning, digital, and client direct
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, and experience at all the highest levels with agencies and clients
- Extensive experience in commercial flair, marketing, and media industry knowledge
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level engagement
- Fluent in Thai and English required
