Care Assistant

Care Assistant job in Uxbridge, supporting residents with differing requirements, and promoting their independence and choice. Provides person-centred care, documentation, and reports any changes in accordance with legislation. Supports nutrition and hydration needs, and physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.

Requirements

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification (desirable)
