Care Assistant

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Lindley Grange care home in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will provide person-centred care to residents, supporting their independence and choice. Requirements

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification (desirable)
