Senior Manager - SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting

We're looking for a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our team! This person will be part of our SEC Reporting team, which owns the external reporting process and complex technical accounting areas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, external audit, and/or accounting at a public company
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 718 (stock-based compensation)
• Strong Excel skills, including ability to manipulate large data sets and create advanced pivot tables
• Familiarity with Workiva SEC reporting tool preferred
• Familiarity with equity software tools (e.g., Schwab Equity View) preferred Familiarity with NetSuite preferred
