Katalyst Group is recruiting on behalf of a prominent cultural organization in Chicago for their next HR Director. The Director of Human Resources leads all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.

• Partners with union representatives in a unionized environment.
• Manages payroll operations in collaboration with the Controller and Staff Accountant.
• Drives initiatives that support employee development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
