Requirements

• Design, develop, and adjust architectural plans tailored to the customized needs of clients.
• Prepare technical drawings and necessary documents for construction permits.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure technical and aesthetic feasibility of projects.
• Coordinate technical work with various trade bodies.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and municipal regulations.
