We are looking for a building mechanic works supervisor to support the realization of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of mechanical systems, a keen sense of terrain, and technical rigor.

Requirements

• Oversee the execution of works and ensure compliance with plans, bids, and standards
• Analyze and interpret multi-disciplinary technical plans and documents
• Write follow-up reports and document construction site issues
• Propose technical solutions and ensure their follow-up with contractors
• Manage change requests and participate in negotiations
• Participate in construction meetings and track deadlines
