We are looking for a Heavy Residential Construction General Manager to lead our construction projects, supervise daily activities, and ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, quality standards, and regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in construction or equivalent experience, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, and excellent team management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site
• Plan and organize construction works according to schedules and priorities
• Ensure compliance with plans, estimates, and technical specifications of the project
• Manage relations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Organize and direct meetings with subcontractors
• Ensure respect for safety standards and regulations in force on the construction site
• Identify and resolve problems on the construction site
• Ensure a rigorous follow-up by writing progress reports and communicating necessary updates
• Control the quality of the work and ensure it meets required standards
• Manage unforeseen events and ensure a quick and efficient decision-making process
