Estimateur/chargé de projets - Entrepreneur général - Commercial - Lévis

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

• Analyze, plan, estimate, and budget project steps, duration, and costs;
• Mandate and coordinate professionals (architect, engineers, surveyors, etc.);
• Track budgets;
• Oversee project progress and coordinate subcontractor work;
• Manage invoicing, claims, modifications, and extras;
• Develop and implement quality plans;
• Ensure good communication with foremen and supervisors;
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field;
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a general contractor, project management experience essential;
• Ability to read plans and quotes;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Collaborative leadership and developed analytical skills;
• Flexible, positive, creative, and open-minded person.
