As a Project Director/Entrepreneur General - Residential Heavy, you will be responsible for the complete management of a diverse portfolio of projects. Your role will involve coordinating, supervising, and delivering large-scale construction projects, respecting quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives.
Requirements
- Project Management: Supervise all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely, budgetary, and quality compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to optimize human, financial, and material resources, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mobilize project teams, including superintendents, project managers, estimators, and other professionals involved.
- Budget Monitoring: Ensure rigorous cost tracking, analyze variances, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, fostering a collaborative climate.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental norms.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve processes, practices, and project performance.
