Job Description
BuildOps is seeking a Product Manager to build industry-leading software solutions for commercial subcontractors. The role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product vision and roadmap. This is an opportunity to shape the future of commercial contracting through innovative AI-driven tools and impactful solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical skills - engineering, SQL, analytics.
- Strong communication skills - collaborating with GTM and EPD teams; and directly with customers.
- Strong customer research skill - working closely with customers to elicit their needs.
- Strong product management skills - demonstrated ability to ship 0 to 1; and scale.
- Mission driven individuals, who are motivated by complex challenges.
- Familiarity with contractor workflows - incl. Project management and Maintenance agreements.
