BLT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Construction team, focusing on driving project success through detailed planning, scheduling, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Requirements
- Lead pre-construction planning, coordination, and logistics
- Chair regular project development meetings
- Oversee design/build processes and Architect/Engineer deliverables
- Collaborate with Estimating on bid packages, budgeting, and subcontract awards
- Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering
- Prepare project manuals, Division One documents, and mobilization plans
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to establish construction schedules and field logistics
- Work with Safety and field leadership to implement site-specific safety plans
- Drive projects toward substantial completion and final close-out
- Ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and certificate of occupancy requirements
- Deliver as-built drawings, maintenance manuals, and subcontractor guarantees
- Reconcile all change orders prior to project close
