Builder’s Bloc is seeking a Flatwork Finisher with 2+ years of experience in residential basement and commercial projects. Journeyman scale work is $37.68 per hour (higher for commercial). The role involves completing finishes like slidedrawers, broom finishes, and operating heavy equipment. Flexible schedule and work location options are provided.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience finishing residential basements, garages, sidewalks, porches, etc.
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule.
• Ability to lift and hold 5-100 pounds.
• Flexible work location and commuting.
