Job Description
The Courtyard by Marriott in Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Bistro Server for The Bistro, the on-site restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous hotel food and beverage or restaurant environment experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
