Requirements
- Sales Leadership: multiple levels of leadership start from a Leader In Training and advancing to an Assistant Manager or Management Trainee
- Sales Teammate: greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
- Operations, Freight, and Store Support: managing promotions, completing pulls and markdowns, helping with hiring and onboarding process
- Visual Merchandising: partnering with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts, creating design flow of merchandise
- Seamstress/Tailor: using Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations
