Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a metal stamping or manufacturing setting with press machines or injection molding
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical skills, including the use of precision measuring tools
• Experience with metal stamping and safety procedures like crane safety and lock out tag out
• Physical stamina
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication
• Ability to work extended hours
