Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to build and execute a scalable recruiting strategy, lead a team of recruiters, and drive high-quality hiring results. The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in recruiting, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2–3 years leading or managing a team
- Proven track record scaling hiring in a fast-growing tech or startup environment
- Strong business acumen — you can connect hiring priorities directly to company goals and org design
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
- Skilled at coaching recruiters and hiring managers; you know how to raise the bar while maintaining speed
- Analytical and systems-driven — comfortable building dashboards, tracking metrics, and using data to inform strategy
- Deep commitment to candidate experience, structured process, and diversity in hiring
