Junior Lawyer (Paralegal) - Corporate Americas

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer (Paralegal) to provide paralegal services in supporting the Group's commercial law and specialist Legal team. The successful candidate will draft and review materials, coordinate with finance teams, and respond to queries from the business in a proactive and professional manner.

Requirements

• Drafting and review of materials related to entities in the region
• Supporting Board / personnel changes, business license renewals / registrations, and powers of attorney
• Coordination with regional and global Finance teams
• Maintenance of legal team's paper and electronic filing systems
• Supporting complex transactions involving a large number of parties
• Liaising with external counsel / Group secretaries
• Implementation of ways to improve working processes within the Legal function
