Operations Analyst II – Fulfillment Center of Excellence

We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team as the Operations Analyst II. The Analyst will support the Fulfillment team by completing standard tasks and assisting with routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Attention to detail and consistency are essential in this role.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration, client services, HR/HRIS, payroll, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
• High reliability, organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
