Job Description
The Product Operations Consultant will drive governance, operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across the product and technology teams, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level
- Conduct secondary market research
- Develop and implement operational processes that enhance team efficiency and product delivery
- Partner with leadership to establish program management operations
- Facilitate the flow of information between product leadership and operational teams
- Recommend and implement action plans to address operational challenges and improve outcomes
- Create compelling presentations and narratives that communicate strategy, progress, and impact to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
