Senior Building Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our thriving and collaborative Building Consultancy team, based out of our Birmingham office and covering the wider Midlands region. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team spanning across England and Wales.

Requirements

• MRICS (essential)
• Chartered Member of RICS (or equivalent), or actively working towards chartership
• Strong background in Building Surveying with experience in party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect analysis
• Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
