Brown and Caldwell has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sr. Marketing/Proposal Specialist in our growth-oriented engineering, environmental consulting, and construction firm serving our Southwest Area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing
• 5+ years of experience in a related role
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Persuasive writing and presentation ability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• InDesign experience preferred
