Senior Contracts Manager - Design-Build Projects

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to project teams, helping them navigate complex agreements and make informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Advise project teams involved in design-build and related projects
• Review RFPs and contracts, provide contract risk assessments
• Draft and review various agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, and prime contracts
• Maintain close working relationships with leadership team and other internal groups
• Serve as one of the organization's contacts to address contract questions
• Prioritize between multiple projects on a time-sensitive basis
