Construction Inspector

Join our team as a Construction Inspector in Alexandria, VA! This full-time position offers the opportunity to grow in a team environment for a complex and expanding construction management program. The position involves providing construction inspection and oversight for multiple, large-scale projects at a Water Resource Recovery Facility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction administration and inspection of municipal infrastructure water and wastewater facilities or related industry
• Knowledge of construction practices, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, local and national building codes, and quality standards for concrete, mechanical systems, and electrical systems
• Ability to work for short periods of time in extreme temperatures, climb stairs and ladders, and lift objects less than 30 pounds
