TEACHER ASSISTANT-BILINGUAL

Provide bilingual instructional assistance in the classroom, assisting with preparation of materials, presenting instruction, and supervising students. Assist with implementation of a specific grant if necessary.

Requirements

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of GED
• Successful completion of the Teacher Assisting Curriculum and a passing score on the ParaPro Test
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and the language representative of targeted ELLs population
• Sensitivity to other cultures and ability to work with students
• Computer skills
