ASST HEAD FACILITY SVPERSON-HIGH/TECH

The Assistant Head Facilities Serviceperson will perform semi-skilled work under the direction of the head facilities serviceperson, supervising and participating in the cleaning program to maintain the cleanliness and safe condition of facilities.

Requirements

• Review work performed by Facilities Serviceperson and other employees
• Instruct subordinate personnel in the proper use of supplies and equipment
• Activate, monitor, and turn off boilers and other equipment
• Verify security of the school prior to departure
• Practice safety continuously and ensure a safe working area
