As the North America Lifestyle Marketing Manager, you will shape end-to-end regional strategy for this emerging category within the Brooks Running brand. Your ownership will drive robust impact throughout our North American business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience working with lifestyle brands, campaigns, or cultural marketing initiatives is required
- Cultural connector with a passion for style and performance
- Deep understanding of streetwear, fashion, and cultural trends
- Strong relationships with tastemakers and cultural influencers to amplify brand relevance is preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from strategy through execution
- Strong experience in content creation, localization, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills
- Ability to travel (~20%)
