Job Description
Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking Part-time, Home Health Caregivers to provide support, personal care and companionship to clients in their homes and other settings. Caregivers will assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. They must adhere to a high standard of care and maintain client confidentiality.

- Maintain awareness of client needs and provide care appropriate to age and condition.
- Communicate observations to Administrative Team and/or RN.
- Interacts professionally with Team Coordinators, Schedulers and Managers.
