Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in an engineering change management role within the Semiconductor Equipment, Capital Machinery, or high-complexity Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle, BOM structures, and configuration management.
- Proficient in PLM and ERP systems (e.g., Agile, Oracle, SAP).
- Experience working with engineering documentation, CAD drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), and revision control.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple changes simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems integration.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment industry standards (e.g., SEMI, BOM, FMEA, etc.).
- Understanding of cleanroom assembly processes or ultra-precision mechanical systems.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles will be advantageous.
