Job Description
The Sr. Analyst - HRIS Absence & TT position is responsible for supporting and improving operational efficiencies within Human Resources. They will lead and advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Absence and Time Tracking
- Hands on Experience in HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking module, calculated field and strong technical skill in workday Absence and Time Tracking
- Good understanding on policy and configuring required leave types, made use of calculated fields for entitlement units
- In-depth knowledge of Absence Eligibility rules, Time Off plans, Accruals, Time off, accruals defaulting, and Business processes as required
- Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations
- Understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields
