Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, or a related analytical field
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
- Proven ability to conduct structured research, synthesize complex information, and develop clear, well-reasoned recommendations
- High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications typically required within an investment analysis role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill insights for senior audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect macro trends to actionable investment or operational insights
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally across industries and technologies
- Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and other transformative technologies shaping the real economy
- Operates independently and proactively, with the ability to take initiative and drive work forward with minimal oversight
