The JOBS Coach will provide comprehensive support, advocacy, and case management services to justice-impacted individuals, helping them navigate resources related to housing, employment, mental health, substance use treatment, education, and legal issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience
- Ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse population and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies
- Knowledge of community resources, particularly in housing, employment, mental health, and substance use treatment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies
- Familiarity with legal systems, probation/parole conditions, and reentry barriers
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and specialized software programs
