Job Description
Quality Associate responsible for maintaining Quality Management System, managing quarantine material, investigating customer returns, and reviewing documentation for product quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to read specifications, measure product, and inspect incoming product and paperwork
- Computer skills for maintenance of records and logs, and basic analysis of data
- Good problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
