Requirements
- Answer incoming calls, schedule services and assign inspections with warmth and integrity.
- Document all relevant communications in customer database.
- Listen to customers concerns and take ownership as appropriate to ensure they are happy.
- Involve supervisor and/or other co-workers as needed to address the needs of customers.
- Take responsibility for good communication between customers and service team.
- Determine opportunities for additional services and effectively sell to new and existing customers.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
- Attend and complete training and meetings as required.
- Supports accounts payable and receivable when requested.
- Performs various administrative tasks.
