Broadridge is hiring a Supervisor, Operations – Corporate Actions to lead a team managing complex voluntary reorganization events and provide oversight to global operations.

Requirements

• Supervising a team supporting voluntary reorg
• Providing oversight to offshore locations
• Leading and navigating staff through complex events
• Performing quality control checks daily
• Presenting strategic opportunities to mitigate and prevent risk
• Interacting frequently with clients
• Creating efficiencies through procedural or technology solutions
• Ensuring department procedures are adhered to
• Communicating effectively across departments and with clients
• Facilitating on-boarding of new clients and scope out additional services
• Conducting frequent staff meetings and participating in client governance calls
